Data we collect
From employees submitting feedback
- Feedback responses (text or voice-to-text)
- Submission type choice (anonymous or named)
- Department and language preference
- Device type and submission timestamp
When anonymous mode is selected, no personally identifiable information is attached to the response — not in storage, not in reporting.
From administrators and HR teams
- Name, work email, and organization name
- Login credentials (encrypted)
- Campaign configuration and settings
- Dashboard usage and activity logs
From website visitors
- Standard analytics data (page views, referral source)
- Email address if submitted via the demo request form
How we use your data
- To deliver the IAM360 platform and its features
- To generate anonymized, aggregated feedback reports
- To improve product quality and performance
- To respond to demo requests and support inquiries
- To comply with legal obligations
Anonymity and privacy thresholds
Feedback submitted in anonymous mode is processed without identity attachment at every stage. Additionally, IAM360 enforces minimum group thresholds — results are only shown when a group reaches the required minimum number of responses. Groups below the threshold are suppressed entirely in all reports.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements. Organization admins can request data deletion at any time by contacting info@iam360.app.
