Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using IAM360 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of service
IAM360 is an employee feedback intelligence platform that enables organizations to collect, analyze, and act on employee feedback. The Service includes the web application, mobile application, admin dashboard, and all related features.
Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accounts are for organizational use — not for resale or unauthorized sharing
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Collect or store personal data without proper authorization
- Attempt to circumvent the anonymity or privacy features of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
- Use the Service for surveillance, monitoring, or any purpose contrary to employee trust
Data ownership
Your organization retains ownership of all feedback data collected through the Service. IAM360 processes this data on your behalf to deliver the platform features. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Limitation of liability
IAM360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data before deletion.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
